Question for Lesley

Postby Cachasa » Tue Dec 20, 2011 7:54 pm

Hey, I just had a question for Lesley. You identify as a Trans Woman right? Do find gay men to be more transphobic to you then other groups like lesbians or bisexuals or straight people? Or is it about the same?

Sorry if I'm being rude.

I've just been reading a lot about it and was wondering what your thoughts were?

Sorry for the delay in getting back for you. As to acceptance from gay men, I have found that the gay population in general (male and female) to be more accepting to me. Or at least they give the appearance of it. I think most people in general do not understand the transpeople. I love hearing the "man wants to become a woman" sentiment. In reality, I am a woman who wants to become a woman, by changing the wrong body. No, I do not think your question is rude. I hope I have answered it, of course it is from my perspective.
