Is there a list of current gay military so we can write to them?

Talk about a timely post! 'Tis the season when we should be remembering those who serve & have served...

I've been wearing a poppy on my lapel for the past couple of weeks...and have received MANY strange looks from the locals here in the Balkans...I find this especially strange considering that WWI "started" here in Sarajevo in 1914...The Brits, Americans, Canadians, Aussies & Kiwis that I deal with recogize it immediately ~ and are wearing it, but not the locals....Nonetheless, I'll be wearing it through next week & will continue to answer the question; "what is that?"...

But I digress...It used to be easy to drop a letter to "any serviceman" via Dear Abby, but that changed after the anthrax scare... http://usmilitary.about.com/od/deployme ... t.-u8y.htm

If you're anywhere near a military facility or Veterans Administration Hospital, the public affairs office (PAO) can assist. I know that ANY of the serving members or those in a VA Hospital would love to hear from you...

If you'd like to support an organization that serves the needs of our younger Wounded Vets, check out the Invictus Games: https://invictusgamesfoundation.org/

Happy 240th birthday to the U.S. Marine Corps on November 10th...Semper Fi!

And, Lest We Forget...The 11th Hour of the 11th Day of the 11th Month...

I'm reviving this post.

Is there some place to send Christmas cards to LGBTQ military?
