Sexy Meatballs

A fan of greco-roman wrestling (see photo)....I created the following Greco-Roman Meatballs from stuff I had laying around. And just like in men....proportions and sizes vary. :wink:

I didn't actually measure when I made mine...so these are guestimates. The following makes 9 medium sized meatballs.

1/2 lb ground lamb
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped Greek, cured black olives
1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1 T of Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
about a T of Italian seasoning
about teaspoon of dried (or fresh) mint
pepper to taste
handful or more of Italian seasoned bread crumbs, or as much as you need to make a good mix
Form meatballs and brown in a hot oven (or skillet)...turning so they don't stick.

After that I simmer them in a home-made, meatless marinara sauce (I like the crock-pot).
In the Beginning there was nothing, and God said: 'Let there be Light." There was still nothing, but you could see it.
