Throwing a Crawfish Boil the 28th

Ok, I hope I don't screw them up. I found a site that will Fed Ex crawfish to your closest airport so I am getting 40 Pounds from my old stomping grounds. I ordered the Swamp Dust and some Slap Ya Mama. This should be a lot of fun if I don't mess them up.

Michael: Just think of them as petite lobsters and have another beer. :D

I'm not a big sea food guy. Fish & chips is about the best I can do. I'll take the beer though, please and thanks!

I still have to give some thought to what I will bring....A giant crawdad sculpted in spun sugar might be my sort of thing, but this is Arizona after all, so it would probably end up looking like a giant amoeba two hours in....

I suppose there's always the gumbo route. Always good to have a non-seafood option for the vegetarians. Thus they may be placated with chicken and andouille...
