Air New Zealand  8)

Great campaign, cool that they included the employees. The Maori baggage dude is hot

Actually, Mark-Paul Gosselaar starred in NYPD Blue for a while. Of course he did the required butt shot for the show. He had replaced Ricky Schroeder when he left the show.

Now, he's in a new show called Raising the Bar on TNT.

Yeah I know that you wanna be Canadian, please

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWQf13B8epw

Yeah I know that you wanna be Canadian, please
Even if in winter things tend to freeze
We've got the world monopoly on trees
And our country's bordered by three different seas

Yeah I know that you wanna be Canadian, please
We invented the zipper, we've got expertise
We made insulin to combat disease
Yeah I know that you wanna be Canadian, please

CHORUS
Brits have got the monarchy
The US has the money
But I know that you wanna be Canadian

The French have got the wine and cheese
Koalas chill with the Aussies
But I know that you wanna be Canadian

Et si ce n'était pas assez
On a deux langues officielles:
L'anglais et le français
Ooh la la

Yeah I know that you wanna be Canadian, please
Where else do you find mounted police
Or go to the hospital and not pay fees
Yeah I know that you wanna be Canadian, please

And when freshwater is in high demand
We've got the world's largest supply on hand
So you know that we could make a pretty good friend
But it's even better if you can be...

CHORUS

So you're thinking to yourself,
"How do I live in this beautiful country?"
Well we've got some steps for you to follow...

STEP 1: Lose the gun
STEP 2: Buy a canoe
STEP 3: Live multiculturally
STEP 4: You're ready, there is no more!

We got beavers, caribou and moose
We got buffalos, bears, and Canadian goose
And we're sorry about Celine Dion
But she did do that good song for James Cameron...

CHORUS
Brits have got the monarchy
The US has the money
But I know that you wanna be Canadian

The French have got the wine and cheese
Koalas chill with the Aussies
But I know that you wanna be Canadian

The Greek chilled out with Socrates
Can't build a wall like the Chinese
But I know that you wanna be Canadian

In Kenya they have safaris
We've missed lots of other countries
But I know that you wanna be Canadian

Ran across "FRED" on YouTube yesterday... he's since become a "friend" and I subscribe to his channel. You have to be very, very special to get me to subscribe to you.

Anyhow, I like Fred for his really big schnoz (I like a big nose on a guy) but this kid is going to become somebody when he gets a bit older. I think I can say that because I knew Scott Thompson before he was famous. Scott was always funny to be around, a natural comedian. And I think Fred has a ton of natural talent. You may find him weird... I don't know how he makes his voice sound the way it does... I don't think he is using helium... probably a voice altering program, I just don't know, and I'm a pretty smart guy. The only thing I've come up with is he uses a camera able to record at a a slow frame rate then speeds it up for the playback, or he speeds up the playback, somehow. I don't know how to do that without very professional, and very expensive, equipment. The kid is famous enough, already, he may have a producer helping him.

And, if Fred isn't gay, I'll eat a whole apple pie in one go... just to make losing a nice experience.

So here is his channel.... http://youtube.com/fred

Before i cut my hair, a girl told me i looked like fred at hot topic. I asked like 4 people, nobody saw it. But i've also gotten i look like edward cullen, zac effron, and clark kent. So people are just dumb.

Fred suppposedly isn't gay. If he says he isn't i believe it. Reminds me of another fellow at my school. Most feminine guy you've ever met, but has been chasing after the same girl since middle school. Too bad she came out as bi, and has a girlfriend. But its fine for him, cause he has his armani lol (In his defense, his older brother is really feminine and exactly the same way and has been dating a girl for 2 years, but with him people don't expect him to be straight...). Guess its an environment/family thing...

Butch: It ain't necessary to look for a high tech solution for Fred's voice. A very simple and decidedly low tech explanation is the use of a swazzle. A bit of arcane tech used by Punch performers for about a century in Britain.

Or he could of just sped up the video....
(Didn't read that part of Butch's post, my bad, must of missed it).

You can speed up the playback in most video managing/editing software...

You've probably seen this one from Barney Frank on health care reform, but just in case:

Sorry Lou, just saw this.

Last time I took a domestic it was an all women crew. Not the kind of things I'd want flapping around while having coffee and a gladwrapped muffin.
